About Us

Mekânca Real Estate Consultancy is the present name of a journey that two friends began in a small office in Karşıyaka in 2011. Our founders Deniz Karahasanoğlu and Murat Ersin Kılıç had previously worked in banking and construction and aimed to build a transparent, documented real estate service where buyer and seller can meet at the same table with confidence.

Today, with our 18 licensed advisers, three offices and an average of 25 transactions a month, we serve residential, commercial property and land from northern Izmir to the Çeşme peninsula. Every adviser holds a Real Estate Trading Authorisation Certificate and undergoes annual professional training.

Our working principles

• Realistic pricing: The price of every listed property is set through comparable analysis; we do not list properties priced far above the market.
• Legal pre-check: Title annotations, mortgages, seizures, zoning and occupancy status are investigated before listing.
• Written service contract: The commission rate and service scope are clarified in writing from the start.
• Confidentiality: Buyer and seller information is shared only as far as the transaction requires.
• We are with you afterwards too: We follow title, DASK, utility transfers and rental management.

Our advisers specialise in particular districts: Karşıyaka – Bostanlı, Alsancak – Konak, Bornova, Bayraklı business centres, and Urla – Çeşme – Alaçatı. This lets us offer up-to-date local knowledge about schools, transport, zoning plans and future projects.
